As the Founder of Sweet Pea Events, I launched our company in 2007 after having spent many years working in the industry. I was a Wedding Coordinator at my church for 1.5 years, then started my own business as I realized it was possible for me to become an Entrepreneur. Before the wedding industry, I was Director of Human Resources for Starbucks Coffee Company so am passionate about the business side.
